1 Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the RADAR DSA Tagger Add-on for Google Docs™ ("Add-on"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Add-on is provided by CheckFirst OY, a Finnish company (Business ID: FI3143603-4).

2 Description of Service

The RADAR DSA Tagger is a free Google Docs™ add-on that:

Helps identify and document Digital Services Act (DSA) infringements
Provides access to the RADAR Framework's taxonomy of DSA violations
Generates formatted annexes for DSA assessment reports

			Important: The Add-on is a documentation tool only. It does not provide legal advice or guarantee regulatory accuracy. Always consult qualified professionals for legal matters.
		

3 License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on for lawful purposes related to DSA documentation and assessment.

Permitted Use

Creating DSA assessment reports for professional purposes
Documenting platform violations for regulatory work
Educational and research purposes related to DSA
Any lawful professional documentation needs

Prohibited Use

Attempting to extract or scrape the RADAR Framework database
Using the Add-on for unlawful purposes
Misrepresenting the Add-on's output as legal advice
Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the Add-on
Overloading the RADAR API with excessive requests

4 Intellectual Property

The RADAR Framework and its taxonomy of DSA infringements are the intellectual property of CheckFirst OY. The Add-on and its code are also owned by CheckFirst OY.

Content you create using the Add-on remains your property. We claim no ownership over your documents or assessments.

5 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that:

The Add-on will be error-free or uninterrupted
The RADAR Framework covers all possible DSA violations
The tags or categories are legally definitive
The Add-on will meet your specific requirements

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckFirst OY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Add-on.

Our total liability shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid for the Add-on (which is €0 as it's free).

7 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CheckFirst OY from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Add-on
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Content you create using the Add-on

8 Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the Add-on at any time
Update these Terms of Use with notice
Terminate your access for violation of these Terms

You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from Google Workspace.

9 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information. Summary: We don't collect, store, or track your data.

10 Third-Party Services

The Add-on operates within Google Docs™ and Google Workspace™. Your use is also subject to Google's terms of service and policies. Google trademarks are property of Google LLC.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

12 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CheckFirst OY regarding the Add-on and supersede any prior agreements.
